Refund policy

At Aesthetic Empire, we want you to love your purchase, and we understand that sometimes items may not fit perfectly or meet your expectations. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Aesthetic Empire offers free returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery for eligible countries, including Australia and select international locations.

First-time customers may request a refund on their first purchase only. A return shipping fee will apply and will be calculated at the time of return.

Please note: Final sale items are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • You may request an exchange for any clothing item within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be free from deodorant marks, makeup stains, lint, pet hair, or odours.

A few quick points to note:

  • All orders (excluding final sale items) are eligible for store credit.
  • There is no expiry on store credits, however they must be used in the one transaction.
  • All returns are sent to and processed in our facility in Perth, Australia.

2. How to Request an Exchange:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at hello@aestheticempire.com.
  • Print and complete the Returns & Exchange form that you will receive from us.
  • Provide your order number and specify the item you would like to exchange, along with the desired size or color of the replacement item.

3. Refunds:

  • First-time customers: Eligible for a refund to the original payment method on your first order only. A return shipping fee will apply and is calculated at the time of return.
  • Returning customers: Refunds are not available unless the item is faulty and the return is approved by Aesthetic Empire.
  • Please note: Change-of-mind or incorrect size purchases do not qualify for a refund under ACCC regulations.

4. Return Shipping:

  • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
  • Simply package the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

5. Exchange Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will promptly process the exchange.
  • Your replacement item will be shipped to you with no additional shipping fees.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for the exchange to be completed.

6. Final Sale Items:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
